Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Refund term of validity is 7 days (from the date you receive the items). BS will not accept refund application when validity expires.

Please make sure that you understand our return policy and ensure that all criteria are met before physically sending any items back to us.

Refund & Exchanges Steps

Step 1: Contact us by to let us assist you with your return procedure. 

Step 2: Indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.
Product quality problems such as color difference need to attach the photo to the mail.
We will get back to you within 24 hours of the business day. (Saturday and Sunday in Hong Kong time, legal holidays are rest )

Step 3: After receiving return instructions from us, please package the item(s) up and keep the items in good condition and well packaged. Send the package and provide your return tracking# for us.

Step 4: Keep tracking of the logistic info, once it has been delivered successfully, please kindly inform us so that we could arrange the refund for you as soon as possible.

Step 5: Normally please allow 5-7 business days for transit, plus an additional 7-10 business days for processing after arrival at our Fulfillment Center. You will receive a notification email once we process your refund.

Step 6: Refunds will be done after BS receive returns and checked the items.

Step 7: Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment that was used to place your order. Please allow 24 hours for PayPal and 7-15 business days with the credit card for your refund to appear. (if not appear, please contact at

  2. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way
  3. The Following Items Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged: swimwear (including one-pieces and bikinis), lingerie, bodysuits, jewelry, shoes, boots, sandals, bags, blankets, wall hangings, and other accessories.

  5. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

If you need to change items, BS will pay for the goods for you. You only need to pay the shipping fee.
